About Jerry Misner…

A lifelong career in broadcasting gave Jerry the opportunity to explore all facets of the industry from radio to television to the advertising agency business. While still in college, he won several national awards for his still photography work.

After graduation and five years as a U.S. Marine Corps officer serving in Vietnam, he eventually became the owner of a midwestern advertising agency. He established a video production unit to produce all the agency’s TV commercials, as well as corporate videos for clients as diverse as Union Pacific Railroad and KV International. He has won both television and radio Addy awards for his work on behalf of numerous large midwestern companies.

He has researched, written filmed and produced numerous program-length features including travelogues from Vietnam to Virginia as well as a documentary for the U.S. Marine Corps.
